APPLY NOW AND YOUR RESUME WILL BE REVIEWED WITHIN 24 HOURS Description The Key Responsibilities: Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget Prepares daily, weekly, monthly schedule to support and preserve the Contract Project Schedule Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required Dictates or prepares project reports for management, client, or others Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies Profile The Successful Candidate: 2+ years of ground-up construction experience Strong background in Multifamily Construction Experience with Projects $5M+ Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite The ability to work in a fast paced work environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team The desire to grow their construction career professionally The desire to drive the growth of a highly reputable General Contractor Strong track record with client relationships Job Offer What's to Offer for the Candidate: Strong base salary, depending on experience Performance based Bonus potential Company Equity Fast Tracked career progression and prior Assistant Project Manager experience is not required!
