Qualifications and Skills:

• Have strong leadership, team building, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using a tablet or smartphone
• Comfortable using construction management software
• Maintain a current OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification 
• Prior commercial superintendent experience

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee construction activities on project
• Ensure that construction activities are being completed on schedule
• Ensure project is being constructed per the project drawings
• Oversee quality control of construction activities 
• Ensure all personnel on the project are following Mingle Contracting’s safety policy as well as site specific safety procedures
• Coordinate construction activities with sub-contractors, project manager, and customer’s construction manager
• Provide project updates to the project manager
• Complete daily logs using the Company's chosen software application 
• Schedule required project inspections
• Operate off road fork truck to unload and organize materials on site
• Clean and organize the project daily 
• Travel between job sites as needed (various locations throughout North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and other Eastern States)
